Rooted in the creative energy of Rotterdam, Tirza Paais explores contemporary jazz through intimate storytelling and authentic vocal expression. Having honed her live performance on respected stages like Grounds, Heidegger, BIRD, and the legendary jazz cafe Dizzy, her music balances modern jazz arrangements with a natural, soulful voice. With the upcoming release of her new project ‘Unbearable Love’ at BIRD Rotterdam — named after the vibrant, uptempo swing title track — she invites listeners into a personal and imaginative landscape of love.
